Clinical Director & Owner
Tom Butts is a licensed and board certified clinical social worker. He received his Master's in Social Work from West Virginia University. Tom has extensive training in working with couples, families, adolescents and adults. Additionally, Tom has experience providing supervision for students and clinicians at all levels.
Psychologist
Dr. Kate Morris is a licensed and board certified clinical psychologist. She received her doctoral degree from Loyola University Maryland. Since her graduation in 2011 she has provided treatment to adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings. Dr. Morris has supervised both master's and doctoral level students for over a decade.
Therapist
Mike is a licensed social worker. He received his Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Mike brings to Monarch Counseling a unique combination of clinical experiences to include working with at risk youth, community mental health and multiple intensive outpatient settings. He also has a keen interest in working with first responders, veterans and their families.

Matt Vosk is a licensed clinical social worker. Matt received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Penn State University where he focused on issues related to justice and social problems. He received his master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University with a specialization in Behavioral Health. Over the last 20 years Matt has worked in a variety of human service settings including family-based services, substance abuse treatment and veteran’s readjustment. He is trained in an extensive array of psychotherapy techniques and strives to provide mental health services rooted in a compassionate and person-centered approach that fosters emotional well-being and personal growth.
